What is Endolift?
Endolift is an FDA-cleared, minimally invasive non-surgical facelift, skin tightening, and localized fat melting (lipolysis) technology. It is performed by inserting hair-thin (approximately 200-300 microns) micro-fiber-optic laser fibers directly under the skin. As one of the most innovative systems offered by aesthetic medicine today, this device restructures subcutaneous tissues (dermis and hypodermis) without the need for surgical incisions, stitches, or general anesthesia. Applied with the medical aesthetic vision and expertise of Dr. Güngör Kırmızıgül, this method offers scalpel-free, scar-free, and highly natural results against the signs of aging.
How Does Endolift Technology Work?
At the core of the Endolift system lies a specific diode laser energy with a wavelength of 1470 nm. The most important physiological feature of this specific wavelength is that it is highly and selectively absorbed by the water and fat tissues in the human body. This characteristic creates a dual-action mechanism without damaging surrounding tissues:
1. Laser Lipolysis (Targeted Fat Melting):
It selectively heats and liquefies stubborn and localized fat cells (adipocytes), especially in areas that succumb to gravity, such as the submental area (double chin) and the jawline. The fat cells broken down by the controlled heat of the laser are naturally expelled from the body over time via the lymphatic system.
2. Neo-Collagenesis and Immediate Tightening (Retraction):
The micro-heat transmitted homogeneously to the lower layers of the skin causes an immediate shrinkage and shortening (retraction) of the collagen fibers. This is the main source of the lifting effect seen in the mirror immediately after the procedure. Simultaneously, this thermal stimulation triggers fibroblast cells, initiating a new collagen and elastin production process (neo-collagenesis) that will last for months. Over time, the skin gains a much thicker, tighter, and more elastic structure.
3. Extracellular Matrix (ECM) Rejuvenation:
Endolift not only lifts the tissue but also stimulates the overall cellular matrix of the skin, significantly improving skin quality, superficial radiance, and texture.
Which Areas Can Be Treated?
Depending on the thickness of the fiber-optic cable used, Endolift can be applied across a wide spectrum, from the most delicate areas of the face to larger areas of the body.
Face and Neck Area (Face & Neck Lift):
- Double Chin and Neck Sagging: It resolves both fat accumulation and skin laxity in the double chin area caused by aging or weight fluctuations in a single session. It is the strongest alternative to surgical neck lift operations.
- Jawline Sharpening: It lifts the sub-cheek sagging that loses its definition over time and creates a "bulldog" appearance, restoring a sharp "V-Shape" facial contour.
- Mid-Face and Nasolabial Folds: By lifting the volume loss and sagging in the cheeks, it reduces the depth of the smile lines (nasolabial folds) running from the edge of the nose to the lips.
- Under-Eye Area: It is applied with special ultra-thin fibers to reduce mild fat herniations (bags) in the lower eyelids and tighten wrinkles around the eyes.
Body Area Applications:
- Above the Knees: For age or genetics-related wrinkles and skin bunching above the knee cap.
- Arms (Triceps Area): For tightening the under-arm sagging, also known as "bat wings".
- Abdomen and Inner Thighs: Provides highly successful results for mild to moderate abdominal laxity and inner thigh sagging resulting from post-pregnancy or sudden weight loss.
Procedure Steps: How is Endolift Applied?
The procedure is carried out entirely in clinical conditions, in a hygienic and comfortable environment, and takes an average of 45 to 60 minutes.
- Doctor's Consultation and Planning: A detailed facial and skin analysis is performed by Dr. Güngör Kırmızıgül. Target areas are determined by drawing working zones on the face according to the sagging vectors of the skin.
- Local Anesthesia Application: Local anesthesia (numbing with fine needles) is applied only to the one or few millimetric entry points where the fiber-optic cable will be inserted. The patient does not feel pain during the procedure.
- Insertion of Micro-Fibers: No scalpel is used under any circumstances. The hair-thin, flexible fiber-optic wire is advanced under the skin in a fan shape, delivering laser energy to the entire target area like weaving a web (matrix).
- End of Procedure and Discharge: Since there is no incision, no stitches are placed at the end of the procedure, and no scars are formed. The patient can immediately stand up and walk out of the clinic.
Who is an Ideal Candidate?
Endolift is a highly versatile treatment that can be applied to adults of almost any age group who are in good general health and suffer from skin laxity and localized fat accumulation.
- Patients who do not want to experience the risks, general anesthesia process, and long recovery periods associated with surgical operations like facelifts or liposuction.
- Particularly those between the ages of 35-65 who are beginning to experience mild to moderate loss of elasticity, collagen breakdown, and gravity-induced sagging.
- Cases where injection-based procedures like fillers or Botox alone are insufficient, and the skin requires foundational lifting from the inside out.
What Are the Advantages Over Traditional Methods?
Revolutionizing the field of minimally invasive aesthetics, Endolift has numerous advantages over old-school aesthetic surgery and device-based treatments:
- Single Session Effect: Unlike many energy-based skin care devices (radiofrequency, etc.), Endolift generally achieves permanent and targeted results in a single session.
- Incision-Free and Scarless: Because a surgical incision is not made, the risk of leaving a permanent scar on the face or body is zero.
- Minimal Downtime: Patients can easily return to their social lives, office routines, or daily activities even on the day of the procedure.
- Combination Power: Depending on the patient's needs, it can be perfectly and safely combined with other medical aesthetic procedures such as PRP, Botox, Dermal Fillers, or Ultherapy PRIME, either in the same session or during the follow-up period.
Endolift Prices
Due to the regulations of the Ministry of Health, it is legally not possible to publicly share the prices of medical aesthetic and treatment procedures on our website. Furthermore, Endolift prices vary depending on the thickness of the micro-fiber-optic wire to be used (e.g., different fibers are used for the under-eye area versus the abdomen), the size of the treatment area, the degree of sagging or fat accumulation, and whether it will be combined with another treatment (e.g., Ultherapy or PRP).

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Is the Endolift procedure painful?
Since local anesthesia is applied to the treatment areas beforehand, no unbearable pain or distress is felt during the procedure. As the laser energy penetrates the tissue under the skin, only a slight increase in warmth or a tingling sensation may occur, which our patients find extremely comfortable.
When will I start seeing the results of the application?
Immediately at the end of the procedure, a 20% - 30% tightening is instantly noticeable due to lipolysis and the tissue retraction (shrinkage) caused by the laser. However, the true miraculous transformation becomes evident in the 3rd month as the body continues to produce new collagen stimulated by the heat, and this improvement continues to increase up until the 6th month.
How long does the effect of Endolift last (Longevity)?
Although it varies depending on the individual's skin structure, age, smoking habits, and genetic characteristics, the collagen restructuring and lifting effect created by Endolift typically maintains its form for an average of 2 to 3 years.
Will I have bruising or excessive swelling on my face during recovery?
It is a highly expected and desired condition (for new collagen formation) to have very mild edema (swelling) after the procedure. Rarely, if capillaries are encountered during the procedure, minor bruises may form. These will completely disappear on their own within a few days and can be easily camouflaged with concealer makeup products during this time.
Is it mandatory to wear a facial corset (bandage) after the procedure?
Especially when working in areas most susceptible to gravity, such as the double chin and neck, our doctor generally recommends wearing a light, flexible facial bandage/corset only at night while sleeping for the first 3-4 days. This helps the skin quickly adapt to its new tighter form, reduces the effect of gravity, and allows edema to dissipate much faster.
Who is Endolift not suitable for?
For safety reasons, it is not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, individuals with an active skin infection or open wound in the area to be treated, patients with uncontrolled severe autoimmune diseases, and those with advanced blood clotting disorders.
What is the difference between Endolift and Ultherapy PRIME, which one should I choose?
Both are among the world's best systems for non-surgical facelifts. Ultherapy acts from the outside of the skin using ultrasound energy, penetrating the dermis to affect the deep fascia (SMAS). Endolift, on the other hand, delivers laser energy directly from within (under) the skin using micro fiber-optic fibers and additionally possesses the capability of "fat melting (lipolysis)." If you have excess fat in your double chin or cheeks, Endolift stands out; if you only have sagging problems without excess fat, Ultherapy may be preferred. Sometimes, both are combined for flawless results. The decision should be made after a doctor's examination.
